The switching process consists of just a few steps:
- Decide to switch and save with one of our low rate plans
- Spend a few minutes on the phone with us to submit your request (There is no cost to switch)
- 4 to 7 business days later your order for the switch takes place and you start saving
The good news is, there is no need to contact your current provider; they will be notified electronically.
Your current provider will send you a final bill once the switch has been completed and they have been notified.

- Primary Account Holder Full Name
- Service – Billing address
- Phone
- Email Address
- Date of birth and SSN
- Term or Plan Choice
